Yoga Classes
Yoga Therapy Classes
Matthew's yoga classes emphasize anatomical alignment as a
container to fully experience the inner feeling of each pose. Classes
bring a heightened awareness to breathing and concentration while
encouraging students to embody the balance of effort and
surrender. Matthew is known for his ability to work with students of
all levels.
Yoga Therapy Classes with Matthew will offer a holistic yoga
perspective for specific parts of the body and particular issues. Each
class will utilize bio-mechanical principles, refined awareness, and
yoga postures to address symptoms of pain and areas of discomfort.
Yoga therapy classes are accessible to everyone and benefit those
new to yoga, experienced students, teachers, and health care
practitioners.
